R&R
R&R stands for Reconnect & Rescue. My school does R&R everyday after Team Time. We say our lows, our highs and what we did for our self. While other people are saying their highs and lows we are supposed to be cleaning out our desks.
A low is the worst thing that has happened to you since the last time we shared. What you did for yourself is like watching a movie, reading, taking a nap, sleeping in or playing a game for yourself. A high is the best thing that has happened to you since the last time.
In our school everybody says their highs and lows everyday. We all take turns in the 4-8th grade class, so some days it goes from youngest to oldest starting with the 4th grader to the teacher.
We do R&R to find out how people feel and what their moods are.
